Underpass is one of the Points of Interest mentioned in the Tribes of Midgard game journal. This underground tunnel leads into an otherwise inaccessible Smoky Highlands area, but don't expect a warm welcome from the enemies down below. Maybe you have a Rune that can help.

Different Underpasses have different layouts and enemies within, so be prepared for anything as there's sure to be an Elite Creature blocking your path along the way.
