Pay the dwarf a visit, and he will happily take your Equipment in exchange for Souls. Just don't argue with him about pricing, this is the best he can do, or so he swears.

Reginn the Ironworker is a character in Tribes of Midgard found together with his brother Ótr the Enchanter in Saga mode. Reginn will take Armor and Weapons in exchange for souls, while Ótr will exchange Materials for Souls.
They have not yet visited Survival mode, but Sindri's Foundry will help convert unused items to Souls there.
The price Reginn will pay can be determined by the rarity of the item to be traded:
