Fenrir Hair Dye is a Character customization found in Tribes of Midgard. It is available for purchase from the Cosmetics shop for 150 Platinum Coins.
Like Fenrir himself, this Hair Dye comes in two variants:

Change your appearance in the Characters section of the Customize (Menu) before entering the World or by using the Character Mirror in the Village Longhouse in Saga or made with the Allforge in Survival.
